As i have owned the /= command for a while now I would like to suggest making /= work in survival as right now it only works in pvp and is not overly useful there. Instead make it work in survival as there are a load of things it could make quicker for those that own it such as reforging, tping to people and going to warps that would really make it worthwhile over at survival
what does that even do?

It repeats the last command you used, so say you used /reforge, if you got a bad modifier instead of doing /reforge again, you could just do /= until you got the modifier you wanted
