When entering PVP, I was on a weird bridge. No screenshots though.

That is not a glitch, that is just using exploding bullets to kill yourself. No one has anything to gain by doing that anyways, since it would end any killstreak earned.
the weird thing is that I changed the loadout and it ended up killing me. (picture 2)
It looks to me like you died before you changed loadouts from the image provided.
This is why it looks like I killed myself before changing loadouts.
Which would mean that you died before you changed loadouts like I just mentioned.
Top Down:
Once Message 1 appears, it is on the top.
Once Message 2 appears, it is above message 1, and message 1 is on the bottom
Once Message 3 appears, it is above message 2, and so on.
The first message goes down each time a message is sent.
