[i:3454] (life booster) just don’t want appear in inventory. It says that item given but i have nothing

You cannot get following items into ypur inventory via /i:
/i 58 - heart
/i 184 - star
/i 1734 - heart at halloween
/i 1735 - star at halloween
/i 1867 - heart at christmas
/i 1868 - star at christmas
/i 3453, /i 3454, /i 3455 - the nebulas
/i 3822 - etherian mana (outside of the old one army)
/i 4722 - first fractal
/i 5045 - /i 5087 - 1.4.1+ items (only mobile cannot get those currently)

I can tell for Items, that the listed items won’t go to your inventory because I don’t build zombie maps.
This is intended client behavior. Life Boosters and other boosters automatically translate to buffs
Life Boosters, like all Nebula boosters, float in the air and have a pickup range of approximately five tiles. They cannot legitimately appear in a player’s inventory.

Other times such as the 
heart also can’t be picked up or placed in the inventory. If you try to it will heal you and disappear instead
