I think I found a PVP exploit using boss summons and the dropped hearts to get HP back quickly

How often it happens
Every time you use a boss summon in pvp, the system destroys the boss but the item drops can item spam the server and hearts giving 20 HP back each without cooldown can be collected.
I tested it sometimes to clear the vagueity of the bug if the hearts and items drop often or not but was avoiding these items to not get unfair advantages.

Reproduction:

  1. spawn QB/KS in PVP with the summoning items enough times
  2. Where the boss drops are there are hearts which you can collect without cooldown.

Fixing suggestions:

  1. Make every item drop of the type Heart disappear
  2. Block the use of boss summoning items in PVP
