I can´t login ingame

Yesterday, i wanted to try survival, but i can´t login. My name in game is The Fallen Terrarian but my name here is The_Fallen_King1. (obs: i have made an account mid or late 2020, but the character was corrupted.It says i have an account ((TEV)The Phoenix) and i should login on that, but i forgot the password, i also tryed /register The Fallen Terrarian “my password” and it showed the message shown above) Please help me.

You can’t create another account. You should message @staff for a password reset instead
