how do i find my ban number so i can put it in the ban format thing idk how to spent some time trying

Try to join the server, a message will appear with the link to the ban.
If there is no ban link, use the ban appeal format without it.

There won’t be a ban link because I banned you using the in game command. But the reason for it was you were using a modified client as well as boasting that you manually modified your attack speed to the absolute max possible.
