Accounts registered on the Dark Gaming Forums and in - game accounts are entirely separate, and as of current, are not linked in any way. You can be registered on the Forums and not have an account in - game, and likewise you can have a registered account in - game and not have an account here on the Dark Gaming Forums. In order to register in - game, type /register in the Rift Dimension to get started.
To answer the other question in another Forums post:
In order to comment/reply to a post here on the Dark Gaming Forums, click/tap the reply button, indicated by the curved arrow on that post.

If you are on PC, the “Enter” key is for start chatting
If on mobile, you tap on this button with a cloud and 3 dots
, and then you can start writting
