Not at all, I don’t play on the server unless I need items from the item world. I don’t talk in chat, ever.
[Q4] Why should we unban you?
Because this isn’t a true ban whatsoever. “Multiple chat violations after a warning (sexual language and toxic behavior” I have never talked to anybody in the server whatsoever, let alone sexual and toxic language.
