Also, it only seems to work in Rift:

It’s strange. I tried to change my title and color in dtp and in-game. It seems to be working in chat though. I think this is an isolated case?

I was experiencing this issue too, sometimes it’s normal but if you go to any dimensions tag, colors or even titles is different to normal one.
