So I went into it, my DP is 0 on the right but 130.62 on the left while in the shop. Does this mean I do have DP or do I not? It’s confusing, really…

You have 0 DP.
The figure to the right show how much DP you have.
What’s written to the left, “130.62 DP” is something that’s written above the Shop in the DTP for some reason.

The quantity of DP shown to the left is a part of an old, discontinued feature.

It always shows that.
It’s just how the shop is configured for some reason.

It’s the balance of the shop. Used for selling items to it, which is not available anymore.
