Q2: no my friend in the server gave me an item that was not obtainable in the game at the time and I did not know.
Q3:yes, it was fair. as said in Q2 that would be my reason.
Q4: This is my first server on terraria and I would like to keep playing to further my online experience
I do apologize for what has happened though. it was my fault for accepting a gift, from now on I will check every item that has been given to me for legitimacy and ask questions about how they got it in the first place. I do hope that you would consider my ban appeal.

Your inventory at the time:

Many “gifts” from this friend. Wasn’t it “gave me an item,” singular ? Also, what is the identity of this friend who is breaking the rules, or might they be impossible to identify? Has their name been deemed insignificant, and thus you seemingly cannot recall it?
Appeal denied: No response within 3 weeks. Start a new appeal if you’ve come back.
