Checking Ip:0 shows up everytime I try to log on to the server,, Help!

So I get this every time I try to log into the server. Could someone explain if there is a way to fix this?? Thanks

Its not a bug or anythin, the dimension (Rift) the port (7777) connects to is just down. Using different ports like 7779 or 7776 will do it. If it then just says Connecting to something, then the servers down, try a different time.
