Why can’t I login on a new device with my username and password? I get a message saying username doesn’t exist.

it has to be the same case used, userbames are cAsE sENSitiVE

Yes, it’s the same. I tried again last night but this time it accepted the name but but said “wrong password” But it’s the right password lol.

ask for a password by dm’ing staff here or something

It’s the same name same password, just get different messages when I try to login to why it’s not working.
