I’ve already used my steam login on a past character that i’ve forgotten, And the picture quiz on the voting website just infinite loads so i cant vote either.

Crew status is assigned to the account on the server, so to use Crew abilities, you need to use this account (not to mention that it’s only allowed to have one account). Recently many people report problems with the verification process. If the problem is on the server’s side, Rofle will fix it.
Personally I’ve also experience problems with the “captcha” on voting page. Try to use the alternative method (terraria-servers.com/server/90/vote/?fallbackcaptcha=1)
It’s important that you NEED to use your Trading System registered name in the “nickname” field to receive XP points.

Ran into the same problem with that voting site, I recommend finding another voting site, Another community in a different game was having the same issue.
