Hi… so I was trying to play zombies trough my mobile device and kinda new to this thing of servers I couldn’t play at all I was able to join game mode spawn but just couldn’t join zombies. Is it a normal problem? Or it’s just me maybe am banned or something (Which I don’t think cause I haven’t play at all)

As of current, mobile clients and Journey Mode characters cannot play Zombies at all. In your case of mobile clients, mobile players cannot connect because 1.3.0.7 (the desktop equivalent of what mobile is on) and 1.4.0.5 are simply too different. You will have to wait for Journey’s End to come to mobile before you’ll be able to play Zombies, or anywhere besides Items and Rift.
