Block the @ character in names similar like the [] are blocked

This is so that the users cannot advertise e mails.
Also phase pings may break if someone has many @ in their name

then how would pings work?

I mean that no name with too many @ should be, else a ping to “@Wolfr@m” would break in @@Wolfr@m.
