Nope, I just took some platinum coins out of one of the bins at the survival spawn but I guess it’s still my bad

Not really since I didn’t get asked to remove said items or get given a warning

Because I didn’t intent to do anything wrong and was just trying to enjoy a decent survival server

I’ll relay a bit of what I said over Discord for this question.
In the situation where a player is potentially hacking, there is no requirement for staff to remove the items or give out a warning. I have no way to tell whether or not the items came from the bins or a client. On the considerably high chance that the coins were obtained from the use of a client, removing the items or warning the player about those said items solves essentially nothing, as they can just do it again. This is also part of the reason why bans must be lifted via appealing, as it can clarify a bit on why you were banned, how to prevent it, all whilst being made to read the rules at the same time.
I’ll also include the fact that being in possession of hacked items, no matter their origins, is an offense towards the rules.
I’ll need you to read, and copy and paste the rule you broke from here. Additionally, I need you to tell me whether or not you’ll try to avoid another offense towards this said rule, or in other words, agree to not break it.

I’ve read the rules just now and yes I’ll do my best to avoid other offenses, I just didn’t know that they were cheated in and I put them in my piggybank so I forgot about them being there

#4 Item Drops
Keeping illegit item drops is equivalent to using a Modified Client to spawn them in. Refer to S5#1.

Appeal Accepted. As you said, make sure to consider whether or not any item you obtain from the bins/other players is not something that can be deemed as unlikely/hacks. Also note that if you are caught being banned for the same reason, appealing will become much harder, if not impossible given the circumstances. You have been unbanned.
