Add this plugin so that moderators have to do less work. The Akismet anti-spam plugin will be an automated plugin that rate limits spammy users. This plugin will be like an automated moderation client.
I believe the forums already uses something similar if not this exact plugin.

Discourse already does this, so I see no point in doing this. anyway, the ones that get through can be flagged by forum users
