I was banned for insulting others with inappropriate language in PvP 3 years ago, so yes, it is.

Young me did not know the consequences of being a jerk and it finally came back and bite me. I sincerely apologize to anyone hurt by my inconsiderate acts, not just insulting others in game, but in other channels.
